Assembly Associate (Cleanroom) – Direct Hire

Marysville, WA | Full-Time | Day Shift

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Assembly Associate for a direct hire opportunity with a company in Marysville, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent day shift hours in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment.

The Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling single-use tubing and fitting-based products in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed assembly instructions while maintaining strict cleanliness standards.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $23–$25 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Primary Duties – Assembly

• Assemble single-use tubing and fitting-based products
• Insert barbed-style fittings into polymer tubing
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Read and follow basic assembly drawings and bills of materials
• Identify parts and ensure correct component usage
• Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting production timelines
• Work safely and collaboratively in a team environment

Work Environment – Cleanroom

• Assembly work performed in an ISO Class 7/8 cleanroom environment
• May occasionally support or interact with warehouse operations
• Required to wear cleanroom PPE including:
  • Coveralls
  • Cleanroom boots
  • Hair and/or beard nets
  • Gloves

Cleanroom Requirements

To maintain strict contamination control standards, employees must adhere to the following:

• No jewelry (including watches, necklaces, rings, bracelets, or earrings)
• No visible piercings (must be removed before entry)
• No cosmetics, lotions, perfume, cologne, or nail polish
• No fake eyelashes or artificial nails
• Fingernails must be neatly trimmed and clean
• Hair and facial hair must be clean, trimmed, and well-groomed
• No personal items (including cell phones) allowed in the cleanroom
• Must follow proper hygiene practices including daily bathing and handwashing
• No open wounds permitted while working in the cleanroom

Physical Requirements

• Ability to use hands for detailed assembly work
• Frequent repetitive motions
• Lift up to 35 lbs. regularly
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
