Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter / Coating Technician to apply protective coatings to industrial equipment, components, and surfaces in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with spray painting, powder coating, autobody, or industrial coating experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment and established procedures
• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking, inspecting) prior to coating
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and proper thickness
• Perform testing and quality checks on coated surfaces
• Maintain daily production and work logs
• Identify defects or inconsistencies and correct as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial painting, or coatings
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to wear respirator and work in confined spaces
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical work
