About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Bilingual Front Office Coordinator fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced front office environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in both English and Spanish
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
• Process paperwork, data entry, and general administrative tasks
• Serve as a liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking staff, clients, or vendors
• Handle correspondence and translations as needed
• Support management and staff with day-to-day office needs

Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish – required (verbal and written)
• Previous front office, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
