Our partner is seeking a Programs Director to provide leadership and oversight for multiple human services programs while supporting staff development, operational excellence, and long-term organizational growth.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business Management, Public Administration, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human services, social services, behavioral health, housing programs, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams, programs, and operational performance
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and client-centered service delivery preferred
