Salary: $16.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals seek an experienced General Laborer to support construction cleaning and site maintenance activities. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site throughout the duration of a long-term construction project.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Project Duration: Approximately 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction cleaning duties throughout the job site
• Remove debris, dust, and materials to maintain site safety and cleanliness
• Use tools such as wheelbarrows, brooms, rakes, and gas blowers
• Assist with basic construction-related tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements 

• Previous construction or construction cleaning experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass background and drug screening
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
