Quality Control Technician

 

Pay: $20.00
Schedule: 7:00am - 4:00pm; Monday - Friday; Full-Time | Must be flexible to work overtime, and weekends.

 

Job Duties:

• Perform physical and chemical testing on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Collect and analyze production, mine, drill core, and customer samples
• Accurately document and enter test results into quality management systems
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Assist with quality assurance activities and regulatory compliance
• Maintain laboratory records and support audits and inspections
• Provide training and support to team members on laboratory procedures
• Promote and follow all safety, environmental, and food safety standards
• Cross-train in other departments and assist as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, laboratory, or STEM-related experience required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs and data entry
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in both laboratory and industrial environments
• Must be comfortable with heights
