Quality Technician – Weekend Shift

$18.00 - $20.00/hr (Including Shift Differential)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Quality Technician for a weekend shift opportunity with a local manufacturing company.

Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours

Training

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Training period of approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on learning progress

Pay

• Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00/hr, depending on experience
• $2.00/hr Shift Differential
• Total potential pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and testing on products and materials
• Accurately document inspection results and quality data
• Identify and report quality concerns or non-conforming products
• Maintain quality records and laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures
• Communicate findings with production personnel and management as needed

Qualifications

• Previous quality inspection, laboratory, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable being the sole Quality Technician on shift
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
