Truss Operator – Day Shift

Local manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Truss Operator to join their team on a full-time day shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate truss manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret truss designs, blueprints, and production specifications
• Assemble and produce quality roof and floor trusses
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with production team members to meet daily goals

Requirements

• Previous truss manufacturing or truss machine operation experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and measuring devices accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule

• Day Shift
• Full-Time

Compensation

• Pay $18HR/DOE (Depending on Experience)
