The Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and the administration of employee benefits programs.

 

Job Duties:

Process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for employees on a scheduled basis

Reconcile payroll data and prepare reports
Support year-end processes (W-2s, audits)

Administer employee benefit programs (health, dental, vision, life, retirement, etc.)

Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and vendors for benefit program

 

Ideal Candidate will have:

Knowledge of payroll tax laws and benefits administration 
Proficiency in payroll systems 
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
