What You’ll Do

• Prime and powder coat automotive parts with accuracy and consistency.

• Apply coatings using spray equipment with attention to detail.

• Train directly with a lead powder coater on 1st shift.

• Stand for long periods in a hot, fast-paced environment.

• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

• Wear full PPE protective gear while working in the paint booth.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced painters (commercial or residential) with strong spray gun experience using acrylic/latex paints.

• Not just brush-and-roller work — must know sprayer applications.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused workers.

• Physically able to work long shifts standing in heat.

Schedule

• Training (1st Shift): Mon–Thu 6:00 AM – 4:40 PM, Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Optional 2nd Shift after training (if interested): Mon–Thu 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
