Salary: $17.00 - $19.00/HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/HR

Duties: 

  • Assemble components and finished products according to specifications, work instructions, and quality standards
  • Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and technical documents
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices to complete assembly tasks
  • Inspect completed assemblies to verify accuracy, functionality, and adherence to quality standards
  • Perform basic fabrication and equipment-related tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Support production goals by completing work efficiently and accurately
  • Report defects, issues, or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner

Qualifications: 

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with equipment and components
  • Experience in assembly, fabrication, maintenance, or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
