Shipping & Packaging Associate – Medical Device Manufacturing 3^rd Shift (overnight)

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Shift: Overnight

 

A reputable and growing medical device manufacturing company is seeking dependable Shipping & Packaging Associates to join their overnight team. This is a clean, climate-controlled indoor work environment with opportunities to gain experience in the medical manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare shipping boxes and packaging materials
• Package medical devices according to company specifications and quality standards
• Label, sort, and organize outgoing shipments
• Verify product counts and ensure accuracy of orders before shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow company safety, quality, and FDA-regulated procedures
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks as needed
• Work efficiently to meet production and shipping deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing, production, or shipping experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
