Sales Administrative Assistant

Salary: $2/hr

The Specialized Recruiting Group of Express Employment is recruiting a Sales Administrative Assistant for a world leading machinery company on the southside of Indianapolis!

Job Summary/Company Information: 

• Provide administrative support to Outside/Inside Sales team
• Set up requests for quotes and type proposals,
• Assist in customer communications (phone and email)

Pay/Benefits:

• Evaluation to hire opportunity!
• $20/hr based on experience
• Medical, dental, and life insurance available upon hire
• 401k available upon hire

Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Monday- Friday

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have recent experience in an administrative support role
• Strong data entry skills with the ability to compose and edit content in letters, adjust margins, formats, etc.
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and written
• Organizational, accuracy & time management skills
• The ability to multi-task and prioritize based on urgency
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Adobe Acrobat experience
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
