Field Technician – Outdoor Work | Career Path to CDL Driver ($26–$31/hr)

You'll start by learning the business from the ground up, working alongside experienced operators in the field. Schedule & Pay: 7am-5pm, M-F

Starting at $20.00/hour | Full-Time | Overtime Opportunities Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist field crews with excavation and industrial service projects
• Work around specialized equipment and machinery at customer job sites
• Support operators with setup, cleanup, and daily project activities
• Handle hoses, tools, materials, and equipment in outdoor environments
• Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work areas
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and exceptional reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work and getting dirty
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the day
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Construction, labor, utility, excavation, landscaping, or similar experience is a plus but not required
