No installation experience is required. The company is willing to train the right person.
Starting Pay:
• $15.00 per hour during training
• Opportunity for pay increase after successful completion of training
• Weekly Pay
What You'll Do:
• Assist with screen enclosure and gutter installation projects
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Work with installation crews at residential and commercial properties
• Use hand and power tools
• Help prepare job sites and materials
• Learn installation techniques from experienced team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of general labor, warehouse, construction, landscaping, maintenance, or similar hands-on work experience
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the day
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
