Safety Manager 

Pay: Up to $50/hr DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Safety Manager for a large commercial construction project in the Phoenix area. This role is responsible for leading jobsite safety initiatives, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting safety training, and promoting a strong safety culture across the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits.
• Lead safety orientations, training, and monthly safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments.
• Partner with project leadership to identify and mitigate safety risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction safety experience.
• OSHA 500 or OSHA 510 with STSC certification required.
• Experience managing OSHA compliance, EMR, and incident prevention.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• CSP, ASP, or CHST certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
