Mid-sized Oklahoma City law firm is seeking a case manager/legal assistant with litigation experience. This position is responsible for providing high level litigation support and client management. 

The Position

Qualifications

§  4-5 years of litigation experience, insurance defense experience a plus.

§  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

§  Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing.

§  Demonstrates a professional attitude, strong follow-up skills, and strong attention to detail

§  Ability to use and learn various software applications.

§  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

§  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

§  High energy, quick thinking, and strong follow through.

Responsibilities

§  Assist attorneys with case preparation from inception through trial and post-trial proceedings.

§  File legal documents with state and federal courts via electronic filing system.

§  Manage and track litigation calendars, deadlines, court dates, docketing, and appointments.

§  Organize case materials, timelines, databases, and other documentation.

§  Assist with all aspects of legal projects with attorneys.

§  Ability to complete large volume of document production working within legal deadlines.
