3rd shift - Press Assistant Operator

Located in Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $20/hr +

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator / Print Press Operator to join our production team on the night shift. This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing and printing equipment to ensure quality production standards are met. While print press experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate. Applicants must have prior machining or machine operation experience and previous experience working a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and print press equipment.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines to maintain production efficiency.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Read and follow work orders, production schedules, and operating procedures.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Accurately record production data and report equipment issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous machine operation or machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience working night shifts.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to read measuring tools and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Preferred:

• Print press operation experience.
• Experience with industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Basic maintenance or mechanical repair skills.
