The Leasing Agent plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient leasing experience for current and prospective residents. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured Monday–Friday schedule.

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Resident Communication - Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Apartment Leasing - Conduct property tours, highlight community features, follow up with prospects, and close leases.

• Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records, complete leasing paperwork, update CRM systems, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Marketing Content - Create short marketing videos for social media and online listings to promote available units and community amenities.
