Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of raw materials and finished goods.
• Organize and store inventory to maximize warehouse space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures and quality standards.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to ensure accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve processes and efficiency.
• Promptly report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to management.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Experience in durable goods manufacturing or a related industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
