Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is partnering with a growing aerospace manufacturer to hire a Quality Technician. This role is ideal for someone with strong inspection experience, CMM programming skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards in a precision manufacturing environment.

Job Highlights:

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections on aerospace components
• Utilize calipers, micrometers, bore gages, height gages, profilometers, optical comparators, CMMs, and GOM scanners
• Create and maintain CMM programs using PC DMIS, Calypso, or similar software
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
• Create First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation and customer data packets
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain calibration records, document control, and quality system documentation
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams

What We Look For:

• 3+ years of quality inspection or quality technician experience
• Experience in aerospace, medical device, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong GD&T and blueprint reading skills
• Experience programming and operating CMM equipment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems
• Experience with precision measurement equipment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
