Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (B2B – Experienced)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow business-to-business (B2B) accounts. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships. This role is responsible for generating revenue by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving sales through phone, email, and virtual communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing B2B customers
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
  • Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner
  • Present products/services to customers and address their business needs
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and close sales effectively
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay knowledgeable about company products, pricing, and competitive offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales or related sales role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional business relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in [industry-specific field, if applicable]
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not always required)
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques
