Located in Boston, MA

Will be working in a floral production facility preparing for holidays and seasonal peak needs. Will be responsible for supporting operations of the production line, ensuring that products are processed efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner, in compliance with the Company’s quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role involves performing manual and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment, including product handling, basic visual inspection, packaging, and general support along the production line.

 

Shift is Monday-Sunday, 4:00am-2:00pm. Pay is $18/hour with *Required OT*


Candidates *must* be able to communicate in Spanish.

 

Reports to: Line Lead / Production Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities
Production Operations
• Strictly follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), both written and verbal, as instructed by the Line Lead.
• Place the correct number of bunches/products onto the production line according to the specific requirements of each order or product.
• Proper position bunches/products on the production line in accordance with established specifications.
• Maintain a consistent work pace aligned with production targets.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency.
• Meet assigned production goals without compromising quality or safety.


Basic Quality Control
• Perform basic visual inspections of products during the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify visible defects such as damage, inconsistencies, assembly errors, or presentation issues.
• Immediately notify the Line Lead or Supervisor of any issues or deviations.

ntify, and handle non-conforming products according to established procedures.
Packaging and Product Handling
• Assemble boxes and packaging materials according to established standards.
• Place products into packaging correctly and consistently.
• Seal boxes using tape or other materials as required.
• Handle products safely to prevent damage or loss.
Equipment Operation


• Operate the production line and related equipment in accordance with instructions.
• Ensure proper use of assigned equipment throughout the work shift.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized during and after the shift.
• Immediately report any mechanical issues, malfunctions, or unsafe conditions to the Line Lead or Supervisor.


Teamwork and Operational Compliance
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain continuous production flow.
• Follow all company policies, operating procedures, and standards.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with supervisors and coworkers.
Safety and Work Environment
• Comply with all applicable workplace safety rules and required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the shift.
• Participate in required safety, quality, and production training.
