Production Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

A well-established manufacturing company is looking for dependable Production Associates to join their team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for someone who wants to learn, work hard, and grow within a stable manufacturing environment.

No specialized experience is required. The company is willing to train the right person. The most important qualities are reliability, a strong work ethic, and consistent attendance.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the production of concrete, masonry, and specialty construction products
• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Stack, palletize, label, and package finished products
• Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and other equipment
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Complete production paperwork and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and communication skills
• Previous manufacturing or forklift experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Medium lifting required on a regular basis, heavy lifting occasionally
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter
• Ability to safely wear required PPE
