Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
$20.00/hr

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility operations within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, lubrication schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing general maintenance tasks to help keep production equipment operating efficiently.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Full-Time
• Overtime may be available

Job Duties:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on equipment and machinery
• Complete lubrication schedules and routine maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues
• Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance projects
• Perform minor welding repairs as needed
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance concerns
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and lubrication PMs
• Basic troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Basic welding experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and work in an industrial environment

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing facility
• PPE required and provided, including safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, and other required safety gear
• Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and industrial equipment
