Lead and support production employees by ensuring safe, efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, monitoring workflow, resolving issues, enforcing company procedures, and promoting continuous improvement. Perform additional duties as needed to support daily operations.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and frequent physical activities, including bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, climbing, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to work on the production floor for extended periods in varying temperatures and conditions, including exposure to dust and debris.
