General Labor - Two Day Project

Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon is partnering with a custom home builder and general contractor to bring on energetic Demolition Helpers for a fast‑paced, two‑day teardown project. You will be part of a hands‑on crew helping remove interior materials and prepare the space for upcoming renovation work.

If you enjoy physical work and like the satisfaction of seeing immediate progress, this is a great short‑term opportunity.

What you get to do:

• Assist with demolition tasks: Remove drywall, flooring, fixtures, and debris
• Material handling: Load and move removed materials to designated disposal areas
• Site cleanup: Keep the work area safe, organized, and debris‑free
• Tool support: Use basic hand tools and follow directions from site supervisors

What you need to be successful:

• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a dusty, physical environment
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
• No demolition experience required, just a willingness to work hard and learn quickly

Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay: $20.00
