Salary: $18.00

1. Produce, and pack samples submitted by Customer Service.
2. Perform the required quality checks for samples.
3. Keep track of trailers in the yards and at the doors waiting to be loaded or unloaded.
4. Produce cut rugs.
5. Adjust Bill of lading paperwork.
6. Check for correct supplies: plastic wrap, cores, inserts, Oz. labels, and style labels.
7. Apply correct sticker/label on rolls for product identification.
8. Keep a clean and orderly workplace.
9. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to product, process and the system.
10. Identify any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system.
11. Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
12. Verify the implementation of solutions.
13. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
14. Fully supports and participates in the SafeGuard Program and conforms to all safety requirements and procedures.
15. Fully supports and participates in the ECO Initiative Program.
16. Fully supports and participates in the Continuous Improvement Process and the Quality Management System.
