Express Employment Professionals of St. Charles County is hiring a Spray Booth Operator for a busy light industrial facility in Wentzville, MO. This is a Monday through Friday, 2nd shift position paying $21.59 per hour.

What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, clean, and paint truck beds and a variety of surfaces using primers, polyurethanes, lacquer thinner finishes, and other coating materials
• Apply texturing layers using tape, sanding, patching, and repair techniques
• Operate, clean, and maintain all painting equipment including brushes, sprayers, robotic spray guns, and pumps
• Safely store and label all materials in compliance with workplace standards
• Keep accurate records and submit reports of completed work
• Follow work instructions clearly and communicate effectively with the team

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience operating spray booth and painting equipment in an industrial setting
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with TS and ISO quality requirements is a plus
• Knowledge of robots and robot programming is a definite asset
• Prior experience in a spray booth or industrial painting role is a strong advantage
