Manufacturing Associate – $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking dependable Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team. This role involves assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products using hand tools and assembly equipment
• Follow operation sheets, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Operate and perform basic maintenance on production machinery
• Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. regularly (team lift required for heavier items)
