Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for a well-established facility. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity paying $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

The Shift

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

What This Role Is All About

Think of this as an office job that lives inside the warehouse. You will serve as the link between the warehouse floor and the office and plant manager, keeping shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation accurate and moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Bills of Lading (BOLs) and all shipping and receiving paperwork for outgoing shipments and incoming orders
• Enter and track shipping data including weights (empty and loaded), commodity codes, odometer readings, trailer numbers, and driver numbers
• Maintain and update inventory spreadsheets on a regular basis
• Coordinate dock activity and communicate between warehouse staff and management
• Load and unload freight and assist around the facility as needed
• Operate a skid steer (full training provided on-site)

What You Need to Qualify

• SD FL experience is required
• Solid comfort level with Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet entry and inventory tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for day-to-day communication
• Experience logging into a computer system and entering shipping and receiving documentation accurately
• Willingness to perform hands-on labor tasks including loading and unloading
• Strong attention to detail when handling freight documentation

Prior experience in a dock coordinator, shipping and receiving, or warehouse office role in the St. Louis metro area is a strong plus.
