LOCAL BUSINESS SOLUTINS COMPANY IN SUISUN IS SEEKING A PART-TIME BUSINESS SERVICE ASSOCIATE. THIS POSITION STARTS OUT AROUND 15 HOURS A WEEK WITH THE POTENTIAL TO GROW INTO MORE HOURS THE PAY IS $20.00 AN HOUR!

 

Responsibilities:

• Follow documented procedures to deliver a variety of services (creating shipping labels, updating activity log, handling POS transactions, etc.). Must manage all related details and own the outcome of the task from start to ?nish.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages to members and mailboxes

accurately each day.

• Scan mail and packages into our online database and send noti?cations to
• Forward mail to customers
• Assist customers in the purchase of retail
• Process requests for mailbox rental, renewal, and
• Assist customers with quoting and ordering graphic design and print
• Process ?ngerprinting appointments accurately and ef?ciently
• Welcome and host guests who rent the conference
• Operate all machines and equipment responsibly (including computers, copiers, printers, scanners, scale, etc.)
• Basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustment of all machinery to ensure proper operation.
• Answer the phone with a professional tone. Take professional

• Communicate in a friendly and welcoming manner with management and all
• Work effectively with other team members and
• Follow documented procedures for opening and closing
• Stock, clean, and manage inventory for retail, of?ce supplies, and back-of?ce
