Pay: $22+/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Welder for a local manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with welding and fabrication experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding processes to quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Set up and operate welding equipment.
• Measure, cut, fit, and fabricate metal components.
• Use hand and power tools to complete customer orders.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Welding certification or related welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• ASME certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including fractions and decimals.
• Manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience is a plus.
