Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for a well-established distribution operation in Earth City, Missouri. This is a first-shift opportunity paying $21 per hour, and we are looking for candidates who are ready to make an immediate impact.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records across a busy distribution center. You will work alongside Operations, Receiving, Shipping, Production, and Customer Service teams to investigate discrepancies, support cycle count programs, and drive real process improvement.

What You Will Do

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support daily cycle count programs
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies across warehouse operations
• Ensure inventory integrity throughout the distribution center
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Receiving, Shipping, Production, and Customer Service
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and process control

What You Bring

• 5 or more years of inventory control experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
• 2 or more years of order selector experience (required)
• 2 or more years of hands-on ERP system experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate across departments

Schedule and Pay

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay: $21 per hour
• Location: Earth City, Missouri 63045 (St. Louis metro area)
• Weekly pay
