You will receive:
$100,000 to $125,000 base salary

What You Will Do
After training, you will be placed into a General Manager role where you will lead a branch location and oversee people, operations, revenue, customer experience, safety, execution, and profitability.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and develop teams across operations, production, service, office, and field support
Own branch performance, execution, customer experience, and profitability
Use data, reporting, and operational metrics to make decisions
Drive revenue growth and operational improvement
Build a high-accountability team culture
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to customer expectations
Partner with regional leadership to execute local business goals
Lead through change, growth, and operational pressure
Develop future leaders within the branch
Solve problems with urgency, ownership, and measurable outcomes
Represent the company professionally with employees, customers, and local market partners
Who We Are Looking For
The strongest candidates are proven leaders who can clearly explain the teams they have led, the scope of their responsibility, and the measurable results they have delivered.
Ideal backgrounds may include:
Military leadership
Senior enlisted leadership
Officer-level leadership
Field operations leadership
Branch, district, regional, or multi-unit leadership
Home services, construction, renovation, or residential services
HVAC, plumbing, pest control, restoration, roofing, landscaping, or facilities services
Logistics, maintenance, supply chain, or service operations
Military leaders are strongly encouraged to apply, especially senior enlisted and officer-level leaders with experience leading people, managing operational priorities, driving accountability, and producing measurable results.
Industry experience is helpful, but it is not the main requirement. The company will train the right leader on the industry, systems, financial model, and operating process.
Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate:
5+ years of meaningful leadership experience, or military equivalent
Experience leading teams with real operational responsibility
Ability to explain results using numbers, outcomes, and measurable impact
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Comfort leading through change, pressure, and growth
Ability to hold people accountable while developing them
Strong communication skills
Professional presence with employees, customers, and senior leaders
Clean driving record, as this role includes a company vehicle
Important Relocation Requirement
This role requires geographic flexibility.
Training is approximately 6 months. After training, candidates must be open to placement anywhere in the United States based on business need. Candidate location preferences will be discussed and considered when possible, but relocation flexibility is required.
