Express Employment Professionals is hiring a QC Technician for a well-established food and nutrition manufacturer in Bridgeton, Missouri. The Details

• Pay: $21.55 per hour
• Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Location: Bridgeton, MO 63044 (near Maryland Heights)
• Type: Full-time, temp-to-hire potential

What You Will Do

• Perform sensory, analytical, chemical, microbiological, and physical testing on finished goods and incoming ingredients
• Interpret QA test specifications and apply a thorough understanding of method development and calibration
• Identify non-conformances, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective solutions
• Conduct swab testing and communicate results to internal teams
• Participate in daily plant inspections and internal process audits
• Organize and document technical data clearly for analysis and team communication

What We Are Looking For

• Background in quality control, lab testing, or a related scientific role
• Pharmacy technician experience is a strong plus and directly transferable to this work
• Ability to understand and interpret technical data and QA specifications
• Familiarity with non-conformance investigation processes and production environments
• Strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills
• Availability for 2nd shift, Monday through Friday
