Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support local commercial and residential clients with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems. EPA Certification is required for this role. Wage will depend on experience with the range being between $22-30/hr. 

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections

• Handle refrigerants safely and in compliance with EPA regulations

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service needs and recommendations

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification required (Type I, II, or Universal preferred)

• 1–3 years of HVAC experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors)

• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
