We are currently seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Production Level 1 / CNC Operator role in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to start or grow a career in precision manufacturing.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shift: 6:00-4:30PM

Job Overview:
Employees will assist in the manufacturing of glass and optical components by operating CNC machinery. Work is repetitive, hands-on, and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (drilling, grinding, milling, etc.)
• Load raw materials and prepare machines for production runs
• Follow blueprints and written/verbal instructions
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain safety standards and clean work area
• Perform repetitive production tasks with focus and consistency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse or Manufacturing experience 1-2 years
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable with standing for long periods and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (up to 75 lbs in some areas)
• Basic math and reading skills
