Position Summary

The ideal candidate is a polished, reliable, and hospitality-driven bartender with extensive cocktail knowledge and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with both local guests and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, lounge, cocktail bar, or similar environment.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Extensive knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Current alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and point-of-sale systems.
• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Assist servers and support staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and make informed recommendations to guests.
• Uphold all health, safety, and liquor regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with craft cocktails and premium spirits.
• Wine knowledge and food pairing experience.
• Ability to build a loyal customer following through exceptional hospitality.
• Leadership experience or willingness to mentor less experienced staff.
