What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage daily operations of an affordable housing community
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and applicants
- Oversee leasing activities, applications, move-ins, and move-outs
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Maintain accurate tenant records and property documentation
- Foster a welcoming, respectful, and community-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous property management or housing experience
- Familiarity with affordable housing programs (HUD, LIHTC, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
