Express Employment Professionals Northeast San Antonio is partnering with a growing oil & gas transportation organization to place a Crude Oil Logistics Coordinator (Overnight Dispatcher). This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity for experienced crude oil dispatchers who excel in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment. Compensation ranges from $60,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience.
Work schedule is a rotating 5 days on / 5 days off from 6:15 PM – 6:15 AM, with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate and assign drivers for crude oil pickups and deliveries across multiple field locations
- Oversee daily logistics activity, ensuring loads are executed efficiently and according to priority
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers and operations, providing updates and resolving issues
- Make real-time adjustments to schedules to account for operational changes or disruptions
- Maintain clear and accurate records of load activity, movement, and delivery status
Qualifications We Are Seeking:
- Required: Direct experience dispatching crude oil transportation
- Background in oil & gas logistics, trucking, or field operations coordination
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of industry safety practices and regulatory requirements
- Comfortable using dispatch platforms, tracking systems, and standard office software
