Must be available to work any days and any hours scheduled. 

$11+/HR depending on experience.

This positions requires working in a cold work environment.

Job duties may consist of: 

Essential Job Duties:

• Review production order forms to determine packaging requirements and quantities.
• Monitor mushrooms as they move through the production line.
• Inspect packaged products to ensure wrapping is secure and labels/stickers are correctly applied.
• Weigh products using a scale to verify accuracy and compliance with order specifications.
• Quickly remove products from the production line and ensure they are properly stamped, labeled, and packaged.
• Maintain quality standards by identifying and reporting packaging defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.
• Ability to stand and walk on a concrete floor for 8+ hours per shift.
• Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move products as required.

Work Environment:

• Cold-temperature production facility with temperatures maintained at approximately 38°F or higher.
• Employees are required to wear company-provided protective gear, including a smock and hairnet, over their regular clothing.
• Fast-paced manufacturing and packaging environment.
