Responsibilities

Manage and supervise electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and subcontractors.
Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Ensure all electrical work is performed according to local codes and industry standards.
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports and change orders.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among all staff members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Electrical License, OSHA) are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
