Pay: $18.00 - $25.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

An established outdoor construction company is seeking an experienced Hardscapes Foreman to lead crews on residential hardscape projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hardscape installation crews
• Coordinate daily job site activities and workflow
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate project progress with management
• Assist with installation work as needed
• Manage materials, equipment, and job site organization
• Ensure excellent customer and property care

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or related experience preferred
• Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• Experience with pavers, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, or similar projects is highly desirable
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
