Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Overtime Available

Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This position is responsible for welding, fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on various metal components.
• Read and identify parts, materials, and project specifications.
• Operate welding equipment, machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Complete fabrication, assembly, and minor repair work.
• Maintain production flow and meet project deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Complete routine maintenance on equipment and work areas.
• Track labor, materials, and production activities accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Complete required reports and paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required.
• Proficient in MIG and/or TIG welding.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, welding fumes, and loud noise levels.
