We are a growing commercial construction company in the Sycamore area seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Office Coordinator to support our office operations and project teams.
This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative functions related to construction projects, billing, documentation, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
This is an in-office position with regular use of computers, office systems, and documentation tools. Candidates should be comfortable working at a desk for extended periods and managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
