Sanitation Associate

Location: Natick, MA
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00/hr
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Our client is seeking a Sanitation Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout their facility. This role plays an important part in ensuring all work areas, equipment, and food handling spaces meet company cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and production spaces
• Follow established sanitation procedures and safety guidelines
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Complete sanitation logs and documentation as required
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

Qualifications:

• Previous sanitation, janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work around cleaning chemicals and follow safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food production, grocery, or warehouse sanitation experience is a plus
