Location: Natick, MA
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00/hr
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Our client is seeking a Warehouse / Stocking Associate to support daily inventory and stocking operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, is detail-oriented, and has experience working in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Stock shelves, coolers, and storage areas with products
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
• Rotate inventory using FIFO practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with order picking and general warehouse duties as needed
• Support the team with loading, unloading, and product movement throughout the facility

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, stocking, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move products throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
