Warehouse Supervisor – Day Shift | Lead a Team, Drive Results, Make an Impact

Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to help lead daily operations for a growing logistics and distribution company. This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role where your ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and keep operations running smoothly will make a direct impact on the success of the business.

This isn't a position where you'll be sitting behind a desk all day. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, supporting employees, improving processes, and helping build a strong team culture.

Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday | 7:30AM–4:00PM | $55k-$70k

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment activities

• Provide direction, coaching, and support to warehouse associates throughout the shift

• Monitor productivity, quality, and workflow to ensure customer expectations are met

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution based on operational demands

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process controls

• Promote and enforce workplace safety standards and company policies

• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions

• Partner with customer service and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall warehouse performance

Requirements:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment

• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment processes

• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced operation

• Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus
