Landscape Installation Laborer

Job Summary

Looking for a hands-on position where you can stay active and work outdoors? We are seeking a Landscape Installation Laborer to support a growing team on residential landscape and installation projects throughout the Hampton Roads area.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation crews with landscaping and outdoor projects
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Dig, carry, move, and install landscape materials
• Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with job site setup and cleanup
• Support team members to ensure projects stay on schedule

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the day
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Landscape, construction, irrigation, or general labor experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available
